The Team

Bernie

Captain & Hardware Lead

Bernie is a junior at Winston Churchill High School and 4th year in FTC. His goal this year is to pass the knowledge and skills he has acquired in FTC to the new members and to learn new techniques in manufacturing and design.

Daniel

Software Lead

Daniel is an 8th grader at Alice Deal Middle School and second year of FTC. His goal this year is to learn everything he can about Java coding and use that knowledge to control the robot with precision.

Solomon

Software Senior

Solomon is a 12th grader at Montgomery Blair High School and third year in FTC. His goal is to try various approaches to make the software more reliable and maintainable, and to teach/mentor others so they can learn from his experience.

Eric

Hardware & Driver 2

Eric is a junior at Winston Churchill High School and second year in FTC. His goal is to use the skills and experiences he learned during the first year to help team on organization, outreach, robot design and build.

Tushaar

Hardware & Driver 1

Tushaar is a freshman at Walt Whitman High School and a first year in FTC. His goal is to learn robot design, CAD, mechanical systems in general, and to be the best driver he can be.

Ouji

Hardware & Human Player

Ouji is a senior at Richard Montgomery High School and first year in FTC. His goal this year is to increase his understanding of FTC, Robotics, and STEM in general and help the team succeed while learning of robotics and engineering.

Abigail

Software

Abigail is a junior at Winston Churchill High School and first year in FTC. Her goal is to increase proficiency in Java and learn more about how software and hardware interact.
